Standard Shipping and Handling Charges
Riverside Manufacturing Company determines shipping and handling charges based upon the invoice merchandise sub-total. These charges are calculated using the grid below:

| $150.01 | $350.00 | 7.5% + $4.00 |
| $350.01 | OVER | 6.5% + $4.00 |

Special "Flat Rate Freight" Charges
Items designated with our "Flat Rate Freight" icon qualify for the following shipping and handling charges:

| If the items qualify for the "Flat Rate Freight" charges, but your order contains other ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping and handling based on those ineligible items only.

Returns
Riverside Manufacturing Company is proud of its quality products. Any product which is flawed should be returned immediately and we will gladly replace it.
Certain products are not returnable – worn, laundered, special cut, special ordered, and embroidered garments which cannot have the embroidery removed. Riverside Manufacturing Company will accept returned items up to 60 days from the invoice date.
